A little about me

I’m excited to meet you and be your partner in healing, growth, and empowerment. My drive for helping others comes from both my professional experiences and personal journey. I wear many hats—coach, academic, researcher, caregiver—and each has shaped who I am and what I offer today.

Like many, I’ve faced events that change the trajectory of life. My turning point came when my toddler was diagnosed with life threatening illness. Despite years of experience coaching others through major transitions, nothing could have prepared me for the fear, uncertainty, and isolation I felt as a mother. That sense of responsibility reshaped my life in ways I hadn’t anticipated. The experience also led me to integrate a trauma-informed approach into my coaching, driven by a desire to help others navigate similar challenges. Through my own journey I’ve become attuned to the complexities of trauma—particularly in relation to caregiving, chronic or acute illness and parenthood. I understand how these events can ripple through every aspect of life, from personal relationships, to career and financial stability, often leaving individuals feeling stressed and alone.

My mission is to empower you to navigate life transitions,
build community, and create space for healing and growth.

My journey

I originally trained as an Organisational Psychologist and early on worked as a career and executive coach. I hold a Master’s Degree in Career Counselling and Coaching, and I am an ICF Accredited Certified Coach and a certified Trauma-Informed Coach. I’ve lived and worked in London and Singapore as an expat, and recently, relocated back home to Athens, Greece, with my family. When not working with clients in private practice, I’ve been an adjunct lecturer and an academic researcher. Advocacy is my passion, and I have partnered with local and European agencies (Karkinaki, Eurordis Rare Disease Europe, Childhood Cancer EU) to support the rights of patients and their families. I’m involved in policy work, focusing on mental health issues and collaborating with patient organisations to design and facilitate programmes that help communities build resilience and improve the well-being of patients and caregivers.
